All you need is your phone and your ID. To prove you’re a member at any participating business, just log in to your account via theloopltd.com, click ‘Account’ from the menu in the top right corner of the page, then click ‘Account Settings’, and present your account info along with your ID. That’s it! No need to print anything or scan anything! Just be sure to sign up with your name AS IT APPEARS on your ID! Your account info must match your ID.

Absolutely not. The Loop is NOT one of those weird companies that offers free discounts in exchange for personal information. The only information we collect from you is your name, so you can verify your account ownership, your email to create an account and sign up for our newsletter if you choose to, and your billing info, so you can sign up for a membership through our secure checkout process (we use Stripe). We take your privacy as seriously as we take our own (extremely), and we will never, ever, EVER use or release your information, except for the purposes stated above.
